Sketch GeometrySketch Geometry
Sketch geometry is the set of primitive curves and points that define a sketch profile. These are the building blocks for constraints, dimensions, and downstream modeling features.

Sketch geometry primitives define the editable profile
This section covers the basic geometry used to define profile shape: Line, Point, Circle, Arc, and Rectangle.
Lines define edges, centerlines, and profile boundaries. Points establish reference locations and constraint anchors. Circles and arcs define round geometry such as holes, bosses, and radiused transitions. Rectangles provide a fast way to create orthogonal four-sided profiles for pads, pockets, slots, and base features.

Closed profiles can create selectable sketch regions for 3D features
