ERIE 78246 is a full-scale parametric recreation of a vintage 1937 AAR freight boxcar, inspired by a 1959 reference photograph. Built in KCL, it features a riveted steel body, sliding doors, wood-lined cargo interior, detailed underframe, sprung trucks, brakes, couplers, authentic lettering, weathering, and a standard-gauge ballasted track display.
